During the build, David was both professional and courteous taking time to explain the progress of the build and assisting us where necessary with any decisions. David was very good at keeping the project moving, organizing tradesman on site, inspectors etc. He was mindful of the cost and came to us with solutions rather than problems. David was also aware of our neighbours and was very considerate regarding planning and noise. All of our neighbours have commented on this.
